1. The Local Government Unit of Echague, Isabela, through the General Fund to apply the sum of Six Million Ninety Three Thousand Six Hundred Six pesos and Sixty Three centavos (P 6, 093, 606.63) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Single - Storey Hemodialysis Building at MHO Compound, San Fabian, Echague, Isabela/2026-03-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Echague, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 150 days.
