Tender Details

The subject of the order is the construction of sidewalks adjacent to existing roads along with their drainage. The tasks in Part A consist of sections with a total length of approximately 272 m. Part A: Tasks: 1. Construction of a sidewalk through the Chmielew tower2. Construction of a sidewalk in Stare Zakole on ul. Szkolna3. Construction of a sidewalk along the street. Akacjowa in Budy Janowskie Detailed descriptions of individual tasks are included in the Design Documentation constituting Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ. The scope of works includes: - demolition works; - earthworks;- foundations;- works paving; - drainage; - finishing works. The Ordering Party emphasizes that the scope of the design documentation is wider than the scope of this order. The sections of implementation of individual tasks have been indicated in detail in the bills of quantities. The ordering party returns the Contractor's comment that some of the works included in Task 1, Part A will be performed using the Ordering Party's materials. The appropriate items of the bill of quantities have been marked with an additional annotation in red: Take into account the Investor's Material. Bills of quantities constitute only the basis for the calculation of the offer price is provided in Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ.
