1. Description of the subject of the order: a) The subject of the order is construction work consisting in the construction of a sidewalk at ul. elazowski as part of the task Pavement construction program based on the developed design documentation, b) The Ordering Party described the subject of the order using the following documents: Designed provisions of the contract (PPU) - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB) - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, Design documentation - Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, Bill of quantities - Annex No. 10 to SWZ, c) The contractor is obliged to provide: a minimum of 48 months, a maximum of 60 months, quality warranty for the subject of the contract. Note!
