1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: Construction of a sidewalk at ul. Azaliowa in Kokoszki as part of the task "Missing sidewalks in the Kokoszki district" as part of the tasks from the Citizens' Budget 2025 and Construction of a sidewalk at ul. Gostyska in Kokoszki as part of the task "Missing sidewalks in the Kokoszki district" as part of the tasks from the 2025 Citizens' Budget implemented in the design and build formula.2. The subject of the order covers two locations in the Kokoszki district: 2.1. Location no. 1 - ul. Azaliowa 2.2. Location no. 2 - ul. Gostyska 3. The scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) 1st subject of acceptance: preparation of design documentation along with arrangements; 2) 2nd subject of acceptance: comprehensive execution of construction works assembly works based on the approved design documentation prepared as part of the first acceptance item.3) Providing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works performed on the basis of the design documentation that is the subject of the order.4.
