1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of a sidewalk in DP2736W (Kołbiel commune) 2) Task carried out as part of the task planned in the capital expenditure plan of the Otwock District for 2026 entitled "Construction of a sidewalk in DP2736W (commune Kołbiel)"3) As part of the order, construction works should be performed consisting in the reconstruction of a district road in the Otwock district, including the reconstruction of district road No. 2736W in the towns of Rudzienko and Teresin, within the scope of constructing a sidewalk on the section from DK50 km 0+000 to km 1+070 to plot4/5 rev. 37, however, a pedestrian crossing should be constructed - the scope is indicated in the graphic attachment4) The task includes, among others: • construction of a sidewalk, • construction of pedestrian crossings and road safety elements, • reconstruction of exits, • reconstruction of the road drainage, • replacement of the existing culvert under the road.5) The task was divided into two variants, therefore the contractor is obliged to submit a price offer for each variant separately.6) The task will be implemented based on variant I or variant II. The decision which variant the task will be implemented in will be made by the Ordering Party before signing the contract, and the contractor will be notified about it.7) One implementation deadline has been set for each variant. tasks, i.e. 3 months from the date of signing the contract8) If a price offer is submitted for only the selected variant, the Contractor's offer will be rejected and will not be assessed.9) Variant/option I -...
