1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of a sidewalk in DP2736W (Kobiel commune)2) The task is carried out as part of the task planned in the capital expenditure plan of the Otwock County for 2026 entitled Construction of a sidewalk in DP2736W (commune Kobiel)3) As part of the order, construction works should be performed, consisting in the reconstruction of the district road in the Otwock district, including the reconstruction of district road No. 2736W in the towns of Rudzienko and Teresin, including the construction of a sidewalk on the section from DK50 km 0+000 to km 1+070 to 4/5 rev. 37, however, a pedestrian crossing should be constructed - the scope is indicated in the graphic attachment4) The task includes, among others: construction of a sidewalk, construction of pedestrian crossings and road safety elements, reconstruction of exits, reconstruction road drainage, replacement of the existing culvert under the road5) The task was divided into two variants, therefore the contractor is obliged to submit a price offer for each variant separately.6) The task will be implemented on the basis of the variant I or variant II.
