The task includes the construction of a sidewalk on the district road No. 1329W Grzno junction S17, which involves the construction of a sidewalk. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is included in the bill of quantities and in the Detailed Technical Specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works. If in the description of the subject of the order any material, device or product has been specified by providing the manufacturer's name or in another similar way that could impede fair competition, it is allowed to use equivalent solutions for these materials, devices or products, i.e. while maintaining parameters not worse than those provided for in technical documentation. Each time the use of an alternative solution must be agreed with the supervision inspector. Such changes do not constitute an amendment to the contract. Any trademarks, patents or origins used in this TOS should be interpreted as definitions of standards and not as names of specific solutions applicable in the technical documentation and should be read with a note or equivalent.
