1. Name given to the order by the Ordering Party: Construction of a sidewalk and traffic lights at the pedestrian crossing of ul. Racula Drzonkowska as part of the task Improving safety in the city in terms of road infrastructure.2. The subject of the order is reconstruction public road - ul. Racula-Drzonkowska - consisting in the construction and reconstruction of sections of the sidewalk and the construction of traffic lights at the pedestrian crossing located at the intersection with ul. Racula-Woyska in the Green Game.3. Detailed description of the item the order is included in Annex I.4 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.4. SWZ.4. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the design documentation and the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works contained in Annex I.6 to the SWZ. 5. The contractor will provide a warranty for the completed work covered by the contracts for a period of min. 48 months and warranty for work defects for a period exceeding the warranty by 6 months.
