Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of a sidewalk along the municipal road - ul. Szkolna in Pomiechówek, in accordance with the scope of works specified in the bill of quantities constituting an integral part of the SWZ. 2) The scope of the order includes reconstruction municipal road ul. Szkolna in Pomiechwek (plot no. 577) in the scope of construction of a sidewalk on the eastern side of the road on a section of 67.9 meters long. The scope of work on this section includes: demolition of the existing cubes, curbs and edges, cutting down trees, cleaning existing street inlets, trenching under the sidewalk and exit structures, profiling the structure for laying the surface, construction of the foundation layer in accordance with the design, regulation of underground infrastructure, construction of exits and sidewalk, and execution vertical and horizontal markings in accordance with the permanent traffic organization design.3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the design documentation and bill of quantities, constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ.4) The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the order on the terms and conditions specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
