The subject of the order includes the construction of a sidewalk along the district road no. 1716Z in the town of Morzyca, i.e. the beginning of the section, the entrance to the town of Morzyca, the intersection with the municipal road leading to the railway station (the border of plot no. 145/3 with plot no. 145/1).
