Description : The Barangay Ambitacay, Santo Tomas, La Union, through the budget for the contract approved by the sanggunian under General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Side Slope Protection(Sector 6). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Ambitacay, Santo Tomas, La Union now invites bids for the Construction of Side Slope Protection-Sector 6 at Ambitacay, Santo Tomas, La Union.
Completion of the Works is required within 30 calendar days. Bidder's should have completed, within ten(10) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Projects. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise know as the "Government Procurement Reform Act."
