Tender Details

The subject of the order is the construction of a garage and storage shed with an individual exit from the municipal road. No. 51/14 to plot No. 51/17, Nowogrd Bobrzaski commune. Nowogrod Bobrzaski. Both investments constitute a coherent whole and cannot be separated into separate ones honors the order. The purpose of the shed will be to store equipment used for forestry work. The investment area includes part of plots with registration number 51/17, located in Nowogrd Bobrzaski at ul. Lenej. The area is not covered by the locals spatial development plan, from which the Decision on development conditions No. 17/WZ/2025 of March 11, 2025 was obtained. The designed light is a single-story facility. It will not function as a facility intended for work, where people will stay for short-term work only for depositing equipment or collecting equipment or machines for work in forest management. The shelter will be placed on a foundation slab separated from the ground by a layer of compacted stone block.
