1. The subject of the order is the construction of a shelter and land development as part of the investment project titled Development of the municipal area behind the Straak House in Tarce (including FS Tarce). Works included in the scope of the order include: construction of a shelter 15.0 x 10.0 m including equipment (tables), barbecue, and electrical installation, delivery and assembly of small architecture elements (concrete benches, garbage bins). The property is located in Tarce, Jarocin commune, on a plot with registration number 17/3. Dziaka covered by the study it is currently undeveloped. The investment is intended to be implemented in accordance with the construction permit (decision No. 37/2026 of February 10, 2026 issued by the Starost of Jarociski).
