Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of a sewage network in the town of Skpe, in accordance with the design/technical documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the construction and executive documentation (incl scope indicated in point 1), which constitutes Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, which includes the technical specification for execution and acceptance of works, as well as the bill of quantities/expedition cost estimate, which is only of auxiliary nature in relation to the construction documentation - and are used to determine the type of works included in the order, the Contractor is obliged to determine the full scope of works on the basis of construction and executive documentation.3. The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the documentation design/technical specifications, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, currently applicable construction law, other applicable regulations, Polish Standards and construction art.4. A detailed description and method of order fulfillment can be found in the Item Description Orders (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ.
