The subject of the Order is: Construction of a sewage collector for the duration of construction works at the Port of Poland, together with possibility of use at the airport operation stage, including: development of multi-discipline Executive Designs based on the Construction Designs of the sewage collector and sewage pumping station provided by the Ordering Party, development of Technical Specifications Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), performing Author's Supervision, comprehensive and complete execution of construction works, obtaining a Permit for the Use of a sewage collector and a sewage pumping station with the commissioning of these facilities and operation; maintenance and operation of the sewage collector and sewage pumping station, in accordance with the requirements of the Contract. 2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the Order is included in the OPZ/PFU. 3. The method of executing the Order is included in the Draft Agreement. 1.
