The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District intends to issue a solicitation for an unrestricted fixed-firm price contract for Construction Services of a Power Generation Microgrid at Cape Cod Space Force Station (CCSFS) in Bourne, MA. CCSFS is an active-duty military installation containing ground-based radar systems critical to National Security. The Power Generation Microgrid project will be constructed within the grounds of CCSFS in facilities which are in restricted areas requiring enhanced security protocols.
