Construction of a service building Construction of a service building On the basis of the building permit and construction plan documentation available on the "former courthouse complex", the Municipality of Karcag City is meeting the needs of a modern, local community in the center of Karcag wants to realize a satisfactory real estate development investment with mixed functions, with which he wants real estate infrastructure for the commercial and cultural functions that provide the supply of the city, as well as for administrative and service functions ("Service House") to be established. The planned building is located in the center of the city of Karcag, in a frequented location, on the corner plot at the intersection of Kossuth tér and Dózsa György út. On the plot, the service buildings of the former "Karcagi District Court" are in their entirety will be demolished, the demolition tasks are not part of the subject of this procedure.
