Construction services for 90 m2 of exhibition space, including service for the needs of organizing a Polish promotional stand during the SIAL CANADA 2026 fair on April 29 - May 1, 2026 in Montreal, Canada 1. The subject of the order is: 1) construction of 90 m2 of exhibition space in accordance with the Contractor's offer and the developed by the Contractor with the design of the construction of a promotional stand (promotional stand); 2) technical service of the promotional stand during the Fair; 3) service of the promotional stand by 2 (two) people (hostesses and/or hosts) speaking Polish and English; 4) dismantling the completed construction referred to in point 1 after the end of the Fair; 5) providing a third party liability insurance policy; 6) taking and providing the Ordering Party with photos regarding the activities carried out at the stand along with the copyrights to the above-mentioned. photo;7) recording, developing and providing the Ordering Party with a promotional film regarding the activities carried out at the stand, along with the copyrights to the above-mentioned. film;- as part of the Sial Canada 2026 Fair (Fair) taking place from April 29 to May 1, 2026 in Montreal, Canada under the conditions specified in Annex No. 2 to the Agreement, entitled Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (Subject of the Agreement).2.
