Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: 1) construction of 132 m2 of exhibition space in accordance with the design of the promotional stand (promotional stand) developed by the Contractor; 2) technical support for the promotional stand during the Fair; 3) service promotional stand by 3 (three) people (hostesses or hosts) speaking Polish and English or Chinese; 4) dismantling the completed structure referred to in point 1 after the end of the Fair; 5) providing a third party liability insurance policy; 6) execution and handover The ordering party receives photos related to activities carried out at the stand along with copyrights to the above-mentioned. Works; 7) recording, developing and submitting to the Ordering Party a promotional film regarding the activities carried out at the stand along with the copyrights to the above-mentioned. Song;- v as part of the Sial Shanghai 2026 Fair, taking place on May 18-20, 2026 in Shanghai under the conditions specified in Annex No. 2 to the Agreement, entitled Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (Subject of the Agreement).2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Appendix No. 2 to the IPU, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
