1. The subject of this order is the delivery and implementation of a server virtualization system and a backup system for the purposes of implemented cybersecurity solutions, along with the necessary licenses. 2. The order is co-financed in as part of the project entitled National Recovery and Resilience Plan financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility Investment C3.1.1. Cybersecurity - CyberPL, data processing infrastructure and optimization infrastructure of state services responsible for security Cybersecurity - Cybersecurity Government. 3. The description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 4. The method of execution of the order results from the content of the SWZ and the proposed provisions agreements constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 5. All supplied equipment must be brand new, come from a legal source, and manufactured no earlier than 2025. 6. If in any documents with the help of which the description of the item was made order, mentions trademarks, patents or the origin, sources or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular contractor, this should be interpreted as a reference to specific standards and not as requirement to use specific solutions - the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions in each such case. 7.
