1) The City Government of Zamboanga through the GENERAL FUND (SB2 FY 2025 STA. CRUZ COMM-L. COMPLEX) intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P500, 000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SEPTIC TANK AT COLD STORAGE FACILITY, BAGSAKAN CENTER, STA. MARIA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF SEPTIC TANK AT COLD STORAGE FACILITY, BAGSAKAN CENTER, STA. MARIA. Completion of the Works is required in Thirty-Seven Calendar Days (37 CD). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
