Margarita, Samar, through the 1% Senior Citizen-s/PWD Fund for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php284, 500.00) for the Construction of Senior Citizen-s Building Phase IV, Cautod, Sta. Margarita, Samar being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Senior Citizen-s Building Phase IV, Cautod, Sta. Margarita Samar, LGUSM2026-300-022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Sta. Margarita, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for 40 days.
