Brief Description: Construction of senior citizen building, project involves the removal of the existing wall structure, site lay-out, structural excavation, and reinforced concrete construction such as footing, columns, footing tie beams, concrete beams, and wall footings.
Also covers masonry works with cement plaster finish on both sides, embankment, and the construction of ground and second-floor slabs. A septic tank system will be installed as part of the project.
