Description : 1) The LGU Dilasag, Aurora through the 20% Development Fund Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Nine Thousand Twelve Pesos and Twenty Nine Centavos (₱ 1, 509, 012.29) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Senior Citizen Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU Dilasag, Aurora now invites bids for Construction of Senior Citizen Building, Brgy. Diagyan, Dilasag, Aurora. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
