The subject of the order includes: a) Stage I - design, under which the Contractor will be obliged to obtain on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary opinions, arrangements, technical conditions, consents and decisions, including a final decision on the permit for use, perform all activities required by decisions and technical conditions. b) Stage II: execution (after obtaining the final decision on the building permit) of all construction works related to the construction and equipment of PSZOK: - paved surfaces, - sidewalks made of concrete paving stones, - social and office container, - roofing of open containers, - garage-type waste warehouses, - hazardous waste warehouses from WEEE, - warehouses - second-hand goods exchange point Second Life of Things with a workshop (preparation for reuse), - accompanying infrastructure (including electrical installation, water and sewage installation, containers and containers for storing individual fractions with appropriate labeling), 40-ton truck scale, other equipment, fencing, gate entrance, gate, necessary earthworks and leveling works.
