The subject of the order is comprehensive design and execution of construction works related to improving the energy efficiency of the new Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point of Eko-Skarbimierz Sp. z o. o., located in Skarbimierz-Osiedle at ul. Wierzbowa 31, plot no. 92/17.2. The order is carried out in the design and build formula. Pursuant to Art. 103 section 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the subject of the contract was described using the Functional and Utility Program (FFU), constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. Minimum parameters system is specified in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
