Construction of a section of ul. Wiosenna in Starachowice. The subject of the order is the construction of a section of ul. Wiosenna in Starachowice. Main scope of the order: • construction of a road 809 m long: road width 5.00 - 6.50 m, sidewalk width 1.50 - 2.00 m, road width cycling 2.00 - 3.00 m, • lighting construction, • construction of storm sewage system, • construction of a technological channel. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in: design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works bill of quantities. The facilities created as a result of the implementation of this order are intended for all users, in particular they will facilitate movement for people with mobility disabilities. The Ordering Party does not require it, but provides for the possibility of it taking place site visit by the Contractor before submitting the offer. Due to the fact that the order covers works in publicly accessible areas, the Contractor may carry out a site visit on his own. The Ordering Party requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of employment relationship, within the meaning of Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, persons performing the indicated activities related to the execution of the order, i.e. road, electrical and sanitary works.
