1. The subject of the order is the construction of a section of district road No. 1176F (stage I) on plot 308 ul. Sadowa in the town of Poty with a surface made of concrete paving stones, 5.50 m wide and approx. 120 m long, category Z, with a KR-3 surface (beginning at the junction of the existing surface made of paving stones with masonry surface), in accordance with the description of the subject of the order (technical design - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - the design covers the entire section - the procedure covers approx. other annexes to the SWZ). The contractor is obliged to: a) check (adapt) the height system in which the project was carried out to the currently applicable regulations and the elevations on the current base mapb) make a geodetic determination facilities in the fieldc) keeping a construction logd) placing an information board2.
