Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Construction of Secondary and Tertiary Sewer Networks, Pumping Stations and Household Connection.

All bids must accompanied by Bid Security 200, 000 USD.

Bidding be conducted through international competitive procurement procedure using Request Bids (RFB) specified the World Bank-s “Procurement Regulations IPF Borrowers”, dated July 2016, revised November 2017 August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), is open all eligible bidders defined the Procurement Regulations

Interested eligible Bidders may request further information, if any, the Project Executing Agency - MPWT, Mr. Saly Chetra, Procurement Officer, email during hours from 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. 13:30 p.m. 17:30 p.m. at address given (specified paragraph 9).

Bids must be delivered to the address below or before 09 May 2024 at 15:30 (Cambodian Local Time). Electronic bidding will NOT be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “ORIGINAL BID”, the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” be publicly opened the presence the Bidders- designated representatives anyone chooses attend, the below (specified paragraph 9), 09 May 2024 15:30 (Cambodian local time). All envelopes marked “FINANCIAL PART” shall remain unopened will held the safe custody the Employer until second public Bid opening.
