1) The Municipality of Looc, through the Trust Fund and LDF intends to apply the sum of Php 4, 750, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Seawall in Sitio Tambo, Barangay Ambil Phase 3. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Looc now invites bids is an infrastructure project aimed to provide basic medical services, preventive care, and health programs to residents in the community. Completion of the Works is required 180 Calendars days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders must have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
