The Ministry of Public Works - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Tawi-Tawi District Engineering Office, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) through the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), through the Ministry of Finance and Budget and Management (MFBM) under the Regular Infrastructure of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Eight Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 38, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Seawall (Phase 2) Brgy. Maraning, Languyan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Ministry of Public Works - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Tawi-Tawi District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two hundred thirty one calendar days (231 c.d.). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
