1.The City Government of Panabo, through the SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL FUND - LSB 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos and Forty-Two Centavos (Php 999, 768.42) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL MINI-GYM, ADDITIONAL PHASE AT MABUNAO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BRGY. MABUNAO, PANABO CITY with Project Identification No. 6Ed2026-21. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The City Government of Panabo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
