The City Government of Trece Martires, through the GOP- Special Education Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Two Pesos & 38/100 Ctvs. (PHP 1, 999, 862.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL CANTEEN BUILDING AT FELICIANO CABUCO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL EXTENSION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
