1. The Local Government Unit Tiwi, Albay, through the General Fund (Continuing Appropriation) for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Eight Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos & 46/100 (₱28, 999, 940.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of School Building/Classroom. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay now invites bids for Construction of 8 Classroom School Building at Tiwi Community College, Libtong, Tiwi, Albay. Completion of the Works is required 360 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
