1) The City Government of Zamboanga through the GENERAL FUND (SB1 FY 2026 CONST.) intends to apply the sum of TWENTY MILLION PESOS ONLY (P20, 000, 000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL BUILDING AT ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA POLYTECHNIC STATE UNIVERSITY (ZPPSU) (PHASE I), BALIWASAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL BUILDING AT ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA POLYTECHNIC STATE UNIVERSITY (ZPPSU) (PHASE I), BALIWASAN. Completion of the Works is required in One Hundred Thirty-Seven Calendar Days (137 CD).
