The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the construction of a school with technical infrastructure, bicycle paths, roads and car parks, playgrounds, a running track, a football field with ball catchers, bicycle shelters, a place for collecting solid waste, a water supply connection, sanitary sewage system, sprinkling installation, drainage, battery of 4 retention tanks, retention and infiltration tank, external gas installation and electrical connection on plot no. 90/17, 90/32, 90/59 rev. 17 in the village of Parzniew, commune Brwinow together with the necessary implementationj technical infrastructure. The order also includes the equipment described in the design documentation. Note: The construction of the gym located between axes A-I and 23-42 (building area 1, 607.74 m2, usable area 1, 534.37 m2) will constitute the second stage of the investment and is not covered bythe scope of the subject of this contract.
