Construction of a School Building in the Municipality of Baco, Oriental Mindoro
1. The Municipality of Baco through the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) Funds intends to apply the sum of Fifty five million pesos only (55, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of a School Building in the Municipality of Baco, Oriental Mindoro”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Baco now invite bids for the “Construction of a School Building in the Municipality of Baco, Oriental Mindoro”. Completion of the Works is requires Two hundred forty (240) calendars days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed and submitted of bid of similar projects within two (2) years. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
