1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the LSB intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Six Pesos and Eighty Centavos (₱ 562, 796.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of School Building and Facilities at San Isidro Elem. School. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the Construction of School Building and Facilities at San Isidro Elem. School using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the civil works is required 65 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
