Description : 1.The Local Government Unit of Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro, through the Local Government Support Fund - Support to the Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) of Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (P 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of School Building (ALS Building) in Barangay Poblacion, Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro with contract identification number of ITB-2026-015. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Local Government Unit of Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for construction of 9.5m x 16m Alternative Learning School Building (ALS Building) with rain water catcher in Barangay Poblacion, Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
