Construction of School Building
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS, through the LGSF-SDBP-NTF-ELCAC FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Only (P10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026MB-013 Construction of School Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS now invites bids for 2026MB-013 Construction of School Building. Completion of the Works is required on February 19, 2027 or 193 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
