1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 7171 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 950, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of School Building - Don Pedro Festejo Memorial School (Construction of 2-Storey School Building (Phase 1)) - Brgy. Alincaoeg, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur with Project Identification Number 24-33-Infra. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is eighty-one (81) calendar days.
