Tender Details

1. The subject of the proceedings is the design and construction of an investment consisting in the construction of a kindergarten building at ul. Bauma/Welta in Łodź, plot No. 61/12, precinct W-35, in prefabricated technology as an energy-saving building. The investment includes the construction of a low-rise buildingwith a basement, two-story in the northern part and one-story in the southern part, in place of the planned kitchen block, intended for 12 kindergarten classes. The execution of the order includes landscaping and the delivery of brand new furniture and other equipmentia.

1.1. The Ordering Party envisages the construction of a building using prefabricated technology:

Prefabricated construction technology means the construction of a facility from prefabricated elements - semi-finished products, standard, typical building elements ready for assembly on the construction site, e.g. ceiling slabs, walls, roof panels, structural elements, spatial prefabricates. Prefabricated elements are manufactured off-site and assembled on the construction site, where they form a whole.

1.2. The ordering party requires the construction of an energy-saving building:

Energy-saving means a building whose seasonaly the demand indicator for non-renewable primary energy EP reaches the value below 70 kWh (m2xyear). The building's external partitions are shaped to ensure high insulation of the entire building. The Ordering Party additionally requires that the heat transfer coefficient U for external walls...
