DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER1. The subject of the order is the design and construction of a sanitary sewage transit pipeline in the town. The Ordering Party does not divide the subject of the order into parts.2. Justification for not dividing the order into parts: Execution orders in the design and build system involve the preparation of one design documentation for the entire task, including obtaining the required consents and permits provided for by law, moreover, after the pipeline was constructed as one sequence, it would be difficult to enforce liability as a quality guarantee or warranty for defects. 1) The subject of the order includes: The subject of the order is the design and construction of a section of the sanitary sewage system in the Bolesaw commune in the town of Bolesaw, a rolling transit pipeline between the B1 pumping stations and B5. The pipeline is planned as the main transit pipeline leading from the Mdrzechów commune, bypassing the existing pipeline system in Bolesaw. This pipeline will also constitute an emergency bypass for streams transmitted from the southern part of the Bolesław commune, which are currently directed to the B5 pumping station.
