1. The subject of the order includes the construction of a sanitary sewage system in the town of Zubrzyca Grna. The detailed scope of works is included in the bill of quantities - Appendix No. 10. ATTENTION!!! Fees for occupying the road should be included in the offer.2. Nomenclature of the Common Vocabulary Public Procurement (CPV):45231300-8 Construction works in the field of construction of waterworks and pipelines for sewage disposal.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached. Attachment No. 9 Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiOR). Attachment No. 10 Bill of quantities. Appendix No. 11 Technical documentation.4. Required warranty period: The required warranty period for the construction works performed and the materials used is a minimum of 36 months - a maximum of 60 months from the date of final acceptance of the work. ATTENTION!!! Ordering party informs that the duration of the warranty is a criterion for selecting the most advantageous offer with a weight of 40%. The contractor who proposes the longest warranty period, but not longer than 60 months, will receive a maximum of 40 points. and the contractor who proposes the required one warranty period (36 months) will receive 0 points.5.
