The subject of the order includes the construction of a sanitary sewage system in the towns of Zubrzyca Dolna and Zubrzyca Grna in accordance with the requirements specified in the Specification of Order Conditions, and in accordance with the art of construction and technical knowledge, applicable legal provisions, in particular technical and construction, industry standards and PN.2. Nomenclature of the Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 45332000-3 Water and sewage installation works. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 9 Specification technical execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiOR). Attachment No. 10 Bill of Quantities. Attachment No. 11 Technical documentation.4. Required warranty period: Required warranty period for construction works performed and materials used: minimum 36 months - maximum 60 months months from the date of final acceptance. ATTENTION!!! The Ordering Party informs that the length of the warranty provided is a criterion for selecting the most advantageous offer with a weight of 40%. The contractor who proposes the longest warranty period, but not longer than 60 months, will receive it maximum 40 points while the contractor who proposes the required warranty period (36 months) will receive 0 points.5.
