1. The subject of the order is comprehensive implementation in the form of design and build tasks entitled: CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY SEWAGE NETWORK IN WOLA ASKARZEWSKA, for which the Askarzew Commune received financial assistance under the agreement to cover the project with non-refundable support from the development plan, related to the implementation of the project under investment B3.1.1 Investments in sustainable water and sewage management in rural areas. A detailed description of the subject of the order, description required by the Ordering Party in the scope of design, implementation and acceptance specify: Functional and Utility Program, hereinafter referred to as the FFU, together with annexes and the proposed provisions of the contract. Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
