The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment called Construction of the sanitary sewage system at Sprok ul. GuzneraOrder carried out using own funds and a loan from WFOiGW in Opole 3.1.1. A detailed description of the subject of the order for this task can be found here in Annex No. 8 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ 3.1.2. The detailed method of execution of the order was described by OPZ (including in particular the technical design, decisions of the District Office in Strzelce Opolskie and bills of quantities constituting appendices to SWZ). Under this order, the contractor will be obliged to include in the valuation and provide all works, services and deliveries resulting from the above-mentioned documents. Selective treatment of the elements of the description of the subject of the contract is unacceptable especially ignoring the scope. 3.1.3. The Contractor undertakes to carry out the works, in agreement with the Ordering Party, in a safe manner that is as least inconvenient as possible for the residents and users of the facility within which the works will be carried out, enabling free use of from the objects covered by the order.3.1.4.
