1) The Municipality of San Sebastian, through the General Fund- 20% Development Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS & 68/100 ONLY (Php. 563, 285.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract no. 2026-07INF for Construction of Sanitary Land Fill Facilities (Ground Preparation/Site Development & Excavation for the Proposed Sanitary Landfill Facilities). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Sebastian now invites bids for Construction of Sanitary Land Fill Facilities. Completion of the Works is required within 30 calendar days Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
