Description : Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY LANDFILL FACILITIES (Construction of MRF, RCA and Medical Waste)
1) The Municipality of San Sebastian, through the General Fund- 20% Development Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FOURTEEN PESOS & 80/100 ONLY (Php. 6, 787, 514.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract no. 2026-07INF for Construction of Sanitary Land Fill Facilities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Sebastian now invites bids for Construction of Sanitary Land Fill Facilities. Completion of the Works is required within 90 calendar days Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
