Tender Details

The subject of the order is the construction of a sanitary and cloakroom building on plots no. 791/13, 791/11; 789/1; 789/2 along with the accompanying infrastructure, in particular: pedestrian access to the building, land development elements in the immediate vicinity of the facility, devices and elements of small architecture related to recreational functions. The building was designed as a single-story facility, with a compact, clear shape, on the plan of two rectangles connected together. The building has a gable structure with a local green roof. Cao conceived wooden elements forming a gable frame on the axis of the access road and parking lot. Entrances to individual functional zones were designed directly from the ground level, in a clear and accessible way, with a clear division into utility zones.
